Dashwood Books takes the original grid composites of De Geer’s rare 1980 book MED KAMERAN SOM TROST (The Camera as Consolation) to capture the spirit of Bohemian life in Stockholm in the 1960s and 70s. An integral part of the Swedish Underground, DeGeer was also active as a filmmaker, painter, publisher and political activist, yet he remains largely unknown outside Sweden.
